• You don't have to enter into a long term commitment. You can quit at any time. The only condition I have is that you always prepay for at least 4 weeks of classes. However, you decide how many hours per week we do.
• Please make your payment no later than 24 hours after you receive the invoice.
• If you have to cancel a class, of course I won't charge you. I will only request the next payment after we have done all the classes you paid for. But please read my "12 Hour-Cancellation Policy" below.
• All the teaching material is included in the price. I provide everything in Google Drive with full access, so you can download whatever you want to your computer.

12 Hour-Cancellation Policy
• I have a 12 hour-cancellation policy. If you have to cancel a class, please let me know as soon as possible but no later than 12 hours before the class is scheduled. I won't charge you, and if you want, we will try to reschedule the class for the soonest possible time.
• When students cancel too late or don't show up at all, I usually expect payment for my lost time.
• Of course, sometimes a situation occurs that is out of anybody's control. If something like that should happen to you and you let me know as quickly as you can, I won't charge you. But I hope we all can agree that situations like this only happen rarely.
